Onset Solutions is the best IT service company I know of, offering high-quality service. Their staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, has excellent customer service, and is deeply committed to helping us with our needs. Onset Solutions has been helping our small engineering company since 2012! They have been an amazing IT support for all of our software and hardware issues. They are able to help us on any issue 24/7 and if something is amiss, they can remote into our computers to repair it. Software updates that can cause problems are easily resolved by the Onset team! Hardware issues are no longer an issue since they are vigilant with their hardware checks and help us plan hardware replacement.
