Over ten years in the corporate sales sector have equipped me with a deep understanding of human psychology and essential communication skills. Or so I thought... However, my recent experience as a student with the One2Coach programme has widened my perspective, revealing new aspects of communication and self-awareness that were previously unexplored.

One significant understanding I gained was the shift in how I perceive disagreements. Rather than viewing them as barriers, I learned to see them as opportunities for growth. This change in outlook has altered my approach to potential conflicts, allowing me to use them to create mutual understanding.
Additionally, I shifted my focus towards appreciating the process rather than fixating on the outcomes. This approach has significantly improved my approach to any sales and negotiation conversation, resulting in positive results faster than expected.
Through One2Coach, I realised that effective communication is more than just a skill—it's an approach for engaging with the world.

I cannot recommend enough One2Coach! Just do it ☺️

Am urmat cursul de formare in coaching de la scoala One2Coach in perioada oct2021-mai2022. Pentru mine a fost o experienta valoroasa, a fost exact acel ceva de care aveam nevoie intr-o perioada de impas in legatura cu locul de munca, in care nu ma mai regaseam si nu imi gaseam un sens. Consider ca modulele de curs sunt foarte bine structurate, coerent, cursiv urmand o metodologie clara. Experienta in coaching si abilitatile de training ale profesorilor/formatori vin la pachet sa faciliteze dobandirea si dezvoltarea abilitatilor de coaching. Am primit din partea lor seriozitate, dar si umor si atmosfera prietenoasa, deschisa. A fost cu adevarat o placere si o bucurie acest curs, atat pentru mine, cat si a colegilor mei.
