I went to do my taxes for the very first time and Audelia was the lady to help me out today. She is very professional, patient, understanding, and bilingual. Not to mention I brought my boyfriend with me so it was two of us and we were out the door in about then 40 minutes. Highly recommended Audelia !

Honestly God Bless this boy because he needs all the blessings possible! I’ve called many times and he either hangs up, doesn’t listen, forgets why I’m calling, becomes a normal teenager and forgets he is at a job and needs manners, but he needs to be trained to handle a phone call. I’ve gone to this place for a few years and never really complained; Elizabeth (best tax preparer ever) has always helped and I use to get a female picking up the phone but Lord bless this boy because you can just tell he needs it desperately. I’ve gone and personally heard him say on the phone what do you want her for. Little boy it is how can we help, how may we assist you, what is this in regards to. I do not know if he is related to the owner a worker or anyone there but train him. I’m only a few years older and I was taught proper customer service skills.

I'm sure they're good at what they do but they will not be getting my business.

I walked into their location, it was busy. Waiting would have taken over an hour. I called to make an appointment and I was told they don't make appointments, only walk-ins. I ended up finding another place willing to accommodate.
