should be illegal to advertise multiple apartments as “available now” but they’re on a 6month-2years waiting list. what are families supposed to do? i have a disabled 4 year old and we are going to be homeless because of companies just like this one, including this one. housing should never be for profit, i don’t care how many tax breaks the government gives you. absolutely disgusting and pitiful.

DO NOT RENT UNDER THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY ‼️‼️‼️ Very unprofessional and DONT NOT care about their tenants. I lived in Fullerton Estates and they change property managers like they change they underwear. No maintenance, moldy units, trashy neighborhood once the property manager moves all her family in the neighborhood. Called corporate to complain and spoke to the head person and he hung up in my face. NOTHING gets fixed on. And a neighbor was even stealing my electricity and the manager knew about it and i wasn’t aware until another neighbor seen it. And this company still didn’t do anything about it. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO LIVE UNDER THIS COMPANY.

Since they purchased greenbrier it has went down hill. They are a joke. 850 a month and yall can't even keep the grass cut. The property manger doesn't care abt u. Yall been warned before u go there

We have a huge parking problem, abandoned vehicles left here for over a year grass needs cutting, pest control, is lacking....pitiful

No one ever there except when rent due, needed repairs over 8 months old unfixed, dead woman found on property after 8 days and they STILL haven't cleaned the apartment so you can still smell decaying body in the air around the complex and in the vents!
