I had a fantastic experience with Jeremiah as my realtor during the purchase of a property in the Nantahala area. Jeremiah was amazing!! He was also punctual and so helpful! We were first time home buyers and he helped us understand the process and answered all of our questions! Jeremiah did a great job helping me find my retirement home. He has a vast knowledge of the area. He took us all around the area not just seeing homes but the local recreational areas also. He is a wealth of knowledge we if comes to any of are questions about the area I.E the utilities, Restaurants, Contractors and if he didn't know the answer he made sure that he got it for us. I can't say enough about his friendliness toward us. You will not be disappointed if you use him as your realtor.

Our family has been going to Nantahala for years. We quickly fell in love with the area and decided to look for a place on or near Nantahala Lake. We cold called a number of realtors in the area but Old Town Brokers was the only one that returned our call. We were so please when we met Jeremiah Jacobs who, come to find out, is a local and very knowledgeable of the area. We are 2 1/2 hours away in Atlanta and Jeremiah made himself accessible and available, accommodating our schedule to show us homes. Jeremiah was patient with us as we were unwilling to compromise, and in the end he help us fine a perfect lake house for our family. As out of state buyers, we reached out to Old Town Brokers after being delayed by another agent. Robin not only returned our call late on a Monday evening but went out of his way to accommodate my initial visit to the property. From the moment I met him, it felt like I had reconnected with an old friend. He and Jeremiah also took time on the phone with my husband, answered all our questions and requests made via emails and texts, even after the purchase was finalized, and truly made our experience very pleasant and welcoming! We absolutely love our new home but if we would ever have the need to sell it, we would absolutely have them as our agents!!
