Extremely disorganized. Lacks attention to detail. Improperly completes forms and has states reject her filings multiple times because of errors. Poor time management & customer service. Melissa says “she’s working on it” while she’s putting other work ahead of past work she’s never reconciled properly. Months and weeks of phone calls and emails to get anything accomplished only for the tax paperwork to be rejected again because she filled it out incorrectly, again. Half way fills out tax documents, lazy accountability and just puts numbers on important tax paperwork without checking for accuracy. Melissa leaves lines blank that are supposed to be filled in which, causes the state to reject the filing because Melissa has become extremely careless about her business reputation.

They made an error on my state taxes almost 6yrs ago and have still not been able to fix it despite multiple attempts to contact and verify with them. Super frustrating.
