I generally have very good experiences coming to this location. One very helpful and patient printing service department rep, Aya has consistently been a pleasure to work with. Her assistance alone is deserving of five stars.

The only problem I have experienced more recently is I haven't been getting to work with the usual reps, but rather one very purposely unhelpful worker (I believe he is the copy center manager or supervisor, not quite sure how that happened?!?) I believe his name is Nick. Whenever I go over there and see him as the one behind the counter, I just go elsewhere for that day. If any of the rest of the staff will be waiting on me, I'll stay.

Love most of the staff, but consistently bad service from Nick has greatly reduced the amount of times I shop here (used to be two to three times a week) now a couple of times a month.

All I can say is this store is the classic example as to why the store is going bankrupt. It used to be that you would pull up your email on the computer. They printed your docs, and it was like $0.35 a copy. Since covered, they say they don't want you touching the computer so you can't do it the old way. They have two self-service printers that are never working. Instead, they have you sign in on a computer, and wait a ridiculous amount of time while one person takes care of each individual print project. On top of waiting ridiculous amount of time, store manager Melissa Hernandez has instructed the guy running the print section to charge the minimum $2.50 for all print projects, even though the self-service printers are down. So even if you print one piece of paper you pay $250 plus $0.20 tax $2.70. on top of that they don't have any decent printers for sale so you can't even buy a printer. So bought a printer there, eco tank, when ink ran out it wouldn't accept ink

Very helpful staff. Went in to buy labels or stickers for my son's birthday party. I was just going to buy the labels and make the stickers myself. My husband suggested I ask if they can just make them. Adrien a very nice, very experienced staff person helped me and she did an awesome job. I have my labels and she even emailed me a copy in case I need to purchase more.

If you need office supplies in La Mesa, go to this Office Depot!!! If you need office supplies and you’re not in La Mesa, go to this Office Depot! I live in North Park and had such a phenomenally good experience over the course of several days with Ian and Mike (the sales manager) that I will drive there from now on. Both were highly competent and professional, What really lifted them way above and beyond was their sincere friendliness and cheerful willingness to bend over backwards to make sure I and other customers have an outstanding experience.
Mike and Ian are reopening the store after renovations from the fire. These guys deserve all the business you can bring them.
BTW, Mike said of Ian that if he had four more Ian’s, he could put his competitors out of business. I believe him.

Had a great experience at the Office Depot in La Mesa. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. Mike was extremely helpful and friendly on the floor and Ian was also very friendly and did a great job. Store is also clean and well lit with organized and quality products.

Love that they opened the Office Depot back up on Fletcher Parkway! It is a convenient way to shop for specific items I need for the home office, for work and the classroom. I like to shop online but sometimes I like to see products in person. I like the choices offered at Office Depot, and I love the personal service.
