Ive had the worst experience with this company!! Customer service in particular Jeslina and Maria were both completely unprofessional and extremely rude!!! I've been hung up on twice now for calling and trying to see if they got the wire transfer back because of a wrong routing number. Maria refused to transfer me to a case manager or provide me with corporates phone number very disrespectful on both of these women's part i will continue to make sure to let EVERYONE know not to go through this company also going to the facebook page and every other platform available to leave a review!

I've dealt with this company about 10 times. I just reapplied for another loan being that my case is taking a lil longer. It was in the underwriters fir 4 days for them to deny me. I use to speak so highly of this company and with there 100% Interest which means they made so much money by off of me. I just feel this time it was poor service.
