They were highly sensitive to our various needs and concerns, worked closely with us as we navigated hospitals, rehabs, and insurance providers. After weeks of endless phone calls and dead-ends, we were finally referred to Oasis Senior Advisors. From that moment on, everything fell into place. To begin, Matt went out right away and met with mom to get a firsthand feel for her needs. That personal touch was greatly appreciated. Next, Matt provided eight options for us. We used on-line resources to conduct a detailed review of each option, which helped us narrow down to three high quality options. Matt had all three facilities visit and assess mom to determine if they could meet her care needs. Two said they could and provided us with details regarding how they would meet mom's needs and gave us virtual tours. The decision was extremely difficult to make, as both options demonstrated that they would love and care for mom. We ultimately chose one based on location and a few other amenities. We are highly confident that the new facility will provide very high quality care for mom. We are deeply grateful for Matt and the support he provided along the way. As we are all out of town, without his assistance we may have found it near impossible to find a high quality place for mom. Thank you Matt!
