Worst company in worcester. I was in the van while boarding the driver took my luggage to the back and the van got involved in an accident because he failed to put in on park. I had one foot in and out of the van he didnt even bother to ask all the passengers if they needed medical attention. He paid the driver of the other car less than $200, although there was substantial damages. Did not even call the police or report it. Rude and unprofessional customer service.

The absolute WORST service. They don't know the meaning of customer service. You call them and it's as if they're doing you a favor or you're a bother when you ask about their services for which you pay. They leave people stranded if their buses are full (even if you have a reservation) and then make it seem like it's your fault, saying "oh the driver was outside and calling you and you didn't pick up so he left", meanwhile your phone, which you'd been staring at for over an hour (because they still haven't arrived to pick you up an hour after the scheduled departure time) never rings. They are rude and useless. I would rather take the Greyhound than deal with them and their dis-service. Don't waste your time or money with these people until they learn how to actually behave like a business.

Pretty fast and when there are little people on the bus it’s a good ride. Coming back was terrible they had us packed in like animals couldn’t even move. I called to make a reservation & it’s like they totally ignored it mind you I made the reservation & they didn’t pick me up. made it seem like it was my fault yet they gave up my spot & ignored the reservation. They had told me they would pick me up & then as an hour passed for them to pick me up from the stop I called and they said they had left WHEN THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD PUCK ME UP. they never even called to reschedule or anything. When you call the place to ask a question or talk to them they speak to u as if your bothering them or it’s a problem that your calling. it’s ok if your traveling by your self & at a certain time.

Left me stranded in the middle of nowhere because they didn't feel like driving in the snow. It's understandable as far as driving conditions. But they did nothing to try to help accommodate me finding somewhere to stay or anything. Just Abandoned in Worcester. Usually good service though. I would still recommend them.

I usually never have a problem with this company. Last 2-3 months ive taken it from worcester to NYC and theyve been late. The drivers are rude. They talk in spanish about certain customers that dont know spanish and making jokes. They even did it to me once but i know spanish and when i responded the driver got quiet.. They make personal stops along the way and meet up with people while theyre supposed to be dropping the rest us off. They complain about driving to certain places that a customer wants to get dropped off even if its in the bronx just because theyre too LAZY to drive there. THE LAST TIME i came to nyc on 12/23/2015 the driver called his friend to bring me to 135st and willis avenue in the bronx because he didnt want to bring me. Then his friend ask me to pay $10 for that ride. And i ended up having to pay $50 all together even though i was getting dropped off in the bronx and they do drop offs in the bronx so i shouldve never had to pay the extra $10 . the drivers need to do their job cus at the end of the day the customers $$ is how they get paid and they need to not be rude or complain. Then today was the last straw for me. Theyee constantly late. And i had to keep calling the company to see how far the van was. Luckily the receptionist is very nice and patient with me but the drivers should have the deceny to call and let us know if theyre running late so no one is waiting in the cold. The van was supposed to leave at 1:00pm. They didnt pick me up until 1:23p.m. and then the driver makes a stop off the highway so he can get snacks from the store at the gas station. Now to my understanding they make 1 stop along the way and when they do we have about 10-15 minutes to relax and stretch etc. We werent even there for 6 minutes and he yelled at me in spanish to get back in and clapping his hands for me to hurry cause he wanted to leave. Thats disrespectful and unprofessional . they need to start giving discounts when running late as well cAUSE thats not our fault. But i WILL not take this van again.

I called the company at around 11:50am for a 1pm departure. They were there to pick me up not even 10 minutes later. I felt rushed leaving worcester. The ride is super uncomfortable. They pack passengers in like sardines and place lugagge wherever it fits inside. The driver was first heading south on 91 then he took route 15 which had sooooo much traffic. The entire time the driver was on whatsapp, texting and Facetime while driving! smh. I was headed to Brooklyn but had to wait for everyone else in the van to be dropped off in the bronx only to be transferred to another driver who was supposed to bring me to Brooklyn. When I got in the first van the driver charged me $75. Then he gave the second van driver $35 and he was angry with me because he said it was 40. I told him that's not what I was told and I had already paid and was not paying more. So he gave me the 35 back and said for me to find my own way home! I said fine and got ready to call the company. Then he finally said it was ok and for me to come. Now we are on our way to get yet another passanger who is going to Brooklyn. It's 5 hours later (6:03pm) and I'm still not home. NEVER AGAIN. I rather take greyhound where you are more comfortable and even have Wi-Fi then hop on a train to Brooklyn.

These MF late to get me both ways I was in Queens they canceled their 1pm nus from NY to Worcester. Never called me I had to call them when they told me they'll get me at 11-1130am . Ok I know they weather Bad out today why Not just cancel All rides together But NOOOO it's All about the money. Called them they say or we have a 4pm bus leaving NY the only bus for the day ok or someone get u at 2-230pm NOOOO he didn't get there till 305pm reach where they was picking me up at 4pm NOOOO bus 5pm NOOOO bus asking when not a direct response almost 6pm on the bus freezing cold like I'm outside ask to turn up the heat ohhh it's All the way up Hell NOOOO it isn't the windows on the bus freezing up. I DON'T KNOW WHY THESE ARE NOT REPORTED TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU YET
