The 3 years that i've been renting with this property, not once do they ever pick up the phone. I've left them voicemails as well and they never return my calls. Asking the superintendent of my building for help is pointless. I visited their office to find out they have moved. I tried calling the number on their sign at the new location and no answer. Eventually they got tired of me calling that they turned off the phone or blocked my number because all my calls went straight to voicemail, AGAIN. Poor customer service and communication

Im always calling and nobody picks up, but as well you can’t just walk in you have to make an appointment . I want to know what other way can we communicate? Is there any email or another number we can reach at .

This is the worst company management. Do not move or plan to use their buildings. The do not believe in maintenance. Rats and roach infested buildings.

I like to talk to owner. Because i am living that company appertment on 89-38 164th st ap# 6G When raining water come down from midle of my room. I was calling so many times to office thay did not take care fot that.
