Do not use this managed service company. The saying goes" you get what you pay for" is absolutely true. Nucentric Solutions ripped my company a new one. With inexperienced techs, terrible backup/restore solution, email cloud solution had several issues with high visibility to my company. Not to mention every single time I turned around Nucentric would send someone "new". I'd ask where is _______ and the response was he/she is no longer with the company. Must of been 5 people in two months!!! Do yourself a favor and find a company who can do it right the first time. End result- We fired them and went with another company.
