To be honest I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. I spent a weekend retreat for women business owners or women in business with some amazing women that I had never met before and left with some amazing friendships and even better knowledge of how to run a business or things to implementing into my new business. Heather was the administrator of all the different classes and seminars all geared toward lifting each one of us up. I have new tools to implement in the hvac company that I own. Not to mention the food was spectacular and the air bb was perfect for space! We did things from yoga to business planning and dressing your brand! I will forever be thankful !

I recently attended the Soul-full Sanctuary Retreat hosted by Heather Higgins. I felt like the retreat was a joy to be at. All of the participants were eager to learn and all of the presenters allowed us to share what feelings we had regarding their topic. We had wonderful food, lots of giggles and overall I believe everyone enjoyed their time there. I look forward to being with Heather in the future at another retreat. Heather took the time and effort to make sure all of us had our needs met whether through food or subject matter. It was a great weekend!!!

A Personal Growth retreat I attended had a Sound Bath and Laughter Yoga that I didn’t know I needed until it happened!
