Tracy was an absolute wealth of knowledge and professional from beginning to end. She not only delivered, but superseded her promise to restore my credit back to it’s excellent standing. I have had the most wonderful experience working with North Shore Advisory!!! My husband and I began our journey with a new home purchase and upon application, realized our credit scores and history needed help. I had old accounts remaining from previous car leases, a few late payments from years ago and not a long credit history by standard in order to approve for a newer and higher mortgage amount. The best decision I have ever made, was to sign-up and begin working with Tracy on next steps to rebuild my credit, and strengthen my longevity with credit. Tracy Becker at NSA was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. She clearly communicated fees in advance, and the rates were quite reasonable. Words cannot even begin to express how amazing Tracy Becker and the North Shore Advisory team is!! I was first referred to Tracy over 10 years ago through a mortgage broker whom advised me that my credit was too poor to get approved for a mortgage. I reached out to Tracy and she immediately started working on my case. In less than a year she was able to get a 100% of all negative items on my credit report deleted! My score went from low 500's to high 700's! After her amazing work i went back to the mortgage broker and was approved for a mortgage over 750K! Recently, I was the target of identity fraud which left a false collection on my credit, of course I gave the case to Tracy and within 30-40 days she disputed and got the collection removed!! She and her team are life savers, I cannot thank her enough, she saved my life and livelihood!! I highly highly recommend North Shore Advisory to anyone with credit/fico issues!
