After a 30-year relationship with Nordstrom & associates for both my personal and business taxes I am terminating my relationship. Right or wrong, I felt that they had underserved me on a specific situation and they refused to adjust the invoice to reflect any of my specific complaints.
I intend to pay the invoice in full, but I have terminated my personal and business relationship with Nordstrom and I will not be going back.
