I'm not sure there is enough space for me to brag "review" Noble Business Strategies. I called Noble a little over a year and a half ago and asked Noble if he had any openings to see if I was a good candidate to be coached. He said he was able to meet and needed to know more about me and my business. I was stuck, I had decent good parts of a year and mostly bad months out of the year. I had a mindset that wasn't right, I had a bad case of "Stinkin' Thinkin". I wasn't who I wanted to be and I had some big goals. In our first month of working with each other, we had 1 yr, 3yr, and 5 yr goals set. He also taught me to reward myself and to celebrate those wins and I did!
So when I hired Noble to come in and help me get on track, I had my best year ever in Real Estate and I was able to grow my business. I have systems created that keep me busy, keep me motivated, and keep me on track. I also learned how to effectively time block and I know what it takes to get more done and more efficiently.
I was taught how to give myself grace when I was feeling overwhelmed with business or stuff I had a hard time completing on my own. Then being shown that building a team is probably a good idea which frees up some time for me to do what I do best and continue to bring in business.
So, I have had Noble as my business coach for going on a year and a half and I am not the same person that I was back then. I am making clear and concise decisions, I am more strategic, and I know that I am making a difference with my clients as well as my business.
I was pushed, stretched, and challenged with making decisions on where my business needed to go. I went through all kinds of emotions while fighting for my business, and in the end all I see is success. Doing the hard things at the end of the day make being a business owner exciting and feeling accomplished.
I am so excited to be on this journey with Noble and I highly recommend him to anyone that is feeling stuck with their business like I was. He is easy to talk to and you have to be honest with yourself as well as with him to see the results you want.
