Nexus Nutrition is an effective, science-based approach to a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. Alex does a great job informing and guiding his clients towards their specific health goals, while being supporting and encouraging.

Alex is a registered nutritionist with a wealth of up-to-date information. This is not a "lose 20 pounds in two weeks" approach. If you are willing to put in the time and dedication to positively change your health patterns and make a long-term, lifestyle upgrade, Nexus Nutrition is a great investment.

Highly recommend Nexus nutrition to anyone who is struggling to find a manageable way to keep their nutrition in check. They are highly organized and take each persons needs into account when planning meals etc. Kelsey has found a way for a busy mom and full time OT to achieve success without feeling overwhelming. The app and tools are easy to use and highly effective. They are great communicators and I feel like they genuinely care about each and every client they work with! I thought I was educated about nutrition until I started this program. I was solid in an exercise program but I wanted more guidance with food and somewhere to begin. This program is where to begin. Kelsey Harms was my nutritionist consult and she was VITAL in helping me through the intake process and guiding me through my daily meal choices. I can't say enough about how the program changed things for me!! I have SO much more control and understanding of what I should be eating and my sugar cravings are not taking over!!! I was intimated by being the kitchen but with support of this program and my nutritionist I am definitely more confident. I would recommend this program to ANYONE!

I started with Alex a few years ago and wasnt in the right head space at the time. I restarted with him a year and a half ago and its been amazing!! I have accomplished so many personal, nutritional, and health goals. Alex takes the time to listen, and to do everything he can to adapt not only to your lifestyle but to your mental and emotional lifestyle. He has put me in tune with my body mentally and nutritionally and I could not be more grateful. Since I have started with him initially I have lost over 40 lbs ( all without excercise) but more than that.. I have a new lifestyle and I have learned so much about me inside and out.
