The Hero's Journey was one of the most impactful things I have ever done. I have spent the last 17 years of my life in and out of therapy. Conventional therapy just never seemed to stick.

Imagine setting high goals and reaching your dream life but by not taking care of it you find it engulfed in weeds and overrun with cobwebs. The overwhelming burden to clean it all up drives you into despair. This was me. I had everything I dreamed of when I was young but didn’t see it and couldn’t stop to smell the roses.
