if I could I would leave a lower reading then a single star.
I had made numerous attempts to contact them leaving voice messages as well as emails and nobody has the decency to return my telephone calls or respond to my email inquiries. I have claims that go back to March 2022, spanning the course of the past 10 months that I have not received payment for the services that I have rendered being contracted through New York network IPA.

Contracted provider here. NYNM has claims that I have submitted more than 6-7 months ago that are still processing. They do not respond to my billers emails or phone calls. Why does it take this long to process claims? What is going on?
