They provide online meeting, meetings, conferences, reading material, important websites, how to obtain funding information and guidance, business plans development guidance, and many other important services that would enable you to be successful.

The main thing is that all of this available at the low cost of FREE.
Take advantage of these useful services. I continue do so on a daily basis.

The information, the way it was presented, and the resources that were identified and offered empowered me to be able to make an informed decision regarding my future and the future of my business. I really don’t like writing reviews that are not positive but my experience with the organization was rather...confusing. I got in touch with them last year as I was starting my business and had some questions. I was contacted by Ryan Silverstre’s intern originally but was able to schedule and talk on the phone with Ryan himself. I found Ryan to be very intelligent and knowledgeable. He spent a good hour with me on the phone and gave me some valuable information. I was very excited to have found this type of support. As a new business owner that is very meaningful. However, after that phone call I tried to reach out again via email as I had another question on importing goods. I received one response that was supposed to lead to a phone call with someone that can help. But after that I was...ghosted! I followed up several times via email and tried to call Ryan but I received no response. I was professional in all my communications with everyone. Starting a new business is a very vulnerable place to be so the last people I expected to be ghosted by was the Small Business Administration...To this day I am not able to get ahold of anyone there. I was really looking forward to establishing a rapport with the organization. I hope others have better luck.

I myself haven't gotten much answered or assistance from this organization. At the height of the pandemic, I attended a few webinars and thought it was a great idea to take names and reach out to those who gave their contact information. I understand I own and manage a niche business, however getting dismissed left and right was constantly discouraging. I got transferred and referred to people who didn't want to bother with what I needed help with. I gave up months (almost a year now) ago.... I hope things get better, or responses are catered towards understanding a business before dismissing for lack of understanding or poor communication.
