I don't know what happened to this place. Last 2 years they have been horrendous. They miss appointments. They say they will call you back and they never do, not even the following day, not 3 or 5 days later. They just don't. If you call, they'll tell you they'll call you back and still they don't. You can call over and over you will get the same response"they will call you back". But they don't. I've referred at least 3 people and all of them are going through the same scenario. Do not go here.....

So i get a response from the owner about how people don't schedule appointments and how people prefer to walk in and don't have full documents. I don't think he read or understood my review. I clearly said they miss appointments. So I scheduled appointments and you guys don't call at all. If i schedule an appointment that means you guys are free at that specific date or time, You guys don't keep up with the appointment at all. Not a few hours later or days later, this is including virtual. I upload documents on your app and you guys don't respond or even realize it. Just 3 weeks ago against my better judgment I sent a potential new client there. They scheduled an appointment sent all their documents and to this day have not gotten a call. They ended up going somewhere else. So what in the world sre you talking sbout

DO NOT USE THEM NOT RELIABLE, False expectations, Miguel never shows up or follows up, they take your money but don't fulfill the contract , you have to call them and wait for a call back that never happens. I am still waiting for a follow-up to cancel my contract and already sent my documents but nothing. Horrible and unprofessional service.
