Customer service was poor, I felt like an inconvenience for coming in to have my laptop looked at. I’m sure if I would have given them my laptop to work on I wouldn’t be seeing it again for a week. I suggest looking into other places before choosing this one. Apple will suggest this place for individual support but they specialize in business clients.

I messaged them about my repair with no response so I drove the hour and a half to bring my laptop in. They refused to even look at it and turned me away even though I was happy to pay for any repair. Zero interest in helping me or even seeing what the problem was let alone fixing it. Do NOT go here, they don't care at all.

They are extremely expensive for even very small fixes or glitches with computers and took well over a work week to get to my computer after they said it'd be a 2-3 day thing. They said it was $125 for them to do a data transfer and said it would be another $125 to fix the computer in addition. I saved my data because that was the important part to me but now I'm without a computer and can't even verify that they did the work they said they did. I will not be returning to this store. If my data isn't able to be read like they said it would be I will be changing the review to a 1 star it was that bad.
