I just recently rented from nest managers and i have to say this has been an absolutely amazing experience for me and my family. Everybody is so nice and welcoming. The office is so clean and everybody greats you with a smile and a welcoming hand . I’ve had to put in a few work orders and they have wasted no time to send somebody out to get the issues resolved. I can call them on the phone and feel them smiling through the phone. Thank you so much Nest Managers for being so opened, friendly, and loving to me and my family and allowing us this amazing experience. They even reached out to me and checked on me and ensure that my move in was successful and welcoming! Takes forever to respond to emails about anything. We lost some of our security deposit on a bush due to a “height requirement “ that we were never given nor did they respond to my email about not getting the requirement. Their customer service isn’t the best. You go into the office building to get help and are met with an I don’t care attitude and no willingness to help or explain situations. Will not be going through them again

We are renters and found out that the roof was leaking in the house we started renting in December. Nest was great with getting roofers out to look and then within a month the roof got replaced! The move in was not so smooth but the response with maintenance is making up for it.
