Messages are never returned, calls not answered. As a transplant patient with chronic kidney disease, it's important that calls are taken or returned. I appreciate the phone appointments as it keeps me out of doctor's offices where people spread germs.
I've had this problem since Dr Prince left due to medical reasons, unfortunately he has since passed. Not sure what's going on but some changes and training are in need. One assistant actually told me she didn't know how to get the messages off the phone. Are you kidding me

Nephrologist Office, easy to get to, ample parking, however be aware thst the handicap doors are non functional., alerted management, however they are still non functional.
