The staff at this location is so helpful and kind. Everyone seems to walk around with a smile on their face. It's uplifting and provides a great experience.

I purchased several pairs of CL shoes from Debra. She was so sweet and told me that she has been working there for either 17 or 14 year. Having someone employed for that long in today's world is getting more and more rare. That must mean that Neiman Marcus is doing something right by her and that she loves the culture there.

You can tell there is a good culture! I will be shopping there exclusively now.

I’m giving it a four because one of the managers in the shoe department I believe his name was Warren refused to price match a similar shoe that was sold in their sister store Bergdorf Goodman even after I called and spoke to someone and they told me if they were the last size my size they would price match. I drove 45 minutes to the store and I was told that they wouldn’t price match unless it was the same color and size so I ended up purchasing this shoe that I wanted from Bergdorf Goodman and got free shipping so I made out better Anyway, other than that, I do like the Store my wife and I have Spent plenty of money in there.

Received a call from the store and we are good now.

Clayton at the Creed Boutique was extremely helpful in assisting me to find my next fragrance. I ended up with a Louis Vuitton fragrance that day, but due to Clayton's expertise I will be buying one of the latest Creed scents as well. He provided me a sample and after wearing it I decided I have to have it!

I had an amazing experience at Neiman marcus a couple of weeks ago, the Tom ford rep took the time out of her day to show me the entire Tom ford line as well as some other perfumes! She was very nice and attentive to my preferences, will be coming back!

The International Mall store smells awful, like a combination of humidity and a hospital. The perfume smell is overwhelming and reaches even to the second floor. Having said that, their staff are corteous and knowledgeable. I purchased a men's leather jacket and it turned out to be damaged, and the store clerk managed to get one to be giftwrapped and delivered home in two days at no extra cost.

Tremendous high end clothing selection. Greatest service from the salespeople and tailors. Mike in Men’s sales has been selling me clothing for 15+ years. The sneakers, the perfumes, the butterflies at the escalator… the cleanest bathroom too!!
