I highly recommend Neighbors & Associates. We started renting a home through their company back in October of 2024. I can’t speak highly enough of Rebecca she’s been wonderful through the entire process. She helped us find a home extremely quickly. We have had to have a few repairs done on the home and she’s been so great through that process also very attentive and extremely quick to respond and have the issues taken care of. Give them a call you will not regret it.

This HOA Admin Group is the best that I've had to communicate and coordinate with.

My contact was/is Lauren Pope, and she is great. She made the somewhat cumbersome process of getting architectural approval easy.

My office wasn't set up yet to print, scan, and forward documents. Lauren sent an editable request form that allowed me to use my small tablet and phone to submit the request forms and all necessary attachments.

We communicated by email. Her requests for additional specifications & submissions and her responses to my questions were quick and concise.

Lauren and the ARC committee were the easiest that I've work with. I received approval for 2 projects within about 2 weeks. Their timely approval allowed me to take part in a special discount from the vendor of my projects. This HOA is new to our community, but so far, I'm impressed.

Not because they are small, but they take care of even the smallest of neighborhoods with professionalism, care, and ensure our covenants are upheld to their utmost level of maintenance. After a poor experience with Kohnell, and being the HOA President, the board and I had to find someone that really cared about our neighborhood’s beauty and were willing to show us the true meaning of Property Management. William, now a friend, but the day we met him, was raised in our small community and wanted to be there for us. She was easily accessible day or night, She offered professional and personal advice which was very helpful. She understood our goals and helped us reach them. If at all possible avoid dealing with this company for rentals. If you never have to interact with them then you will have a great experience. This company is the definition of "Bless your heart" in the south and that's the way they act. They are the kind of people that will tell you to have a good day while serving eviction papers with a smile and telling you how cute your family is. Maybe it depends on the owner of the house but honestly I don't think so because Rebecca in charge of rentals is a pure nightmare to deal with.

Just bought a home in Benson. Mary Beth Rhodes was my agent. I can't begin to tell you what an incredible job she did!
