I would give no stars if I could. I initially reached out to Daniel Navia on January 24, 2024, seeking assistance with both my personal and company taxes. A few emails were sent back and forth then there there was silence. So I followed up with an email asking for pricing details. However, my efforts were met with complete silence. Frustrated, I decided to call the office on February 27th, only to find that Daniel Navia was about to leave for the day. He assured me he would email me the following day with pricing information. Shockingly, that email never came.

So, I called again on February 29th, leaving another message with the receptionist. Yet again, my attempts to communicate were met with utter disregard. The same scenario repeated on March 1st—no response.

Finally, after persistent attempts, I managed to reach someone on March 7th, only to be met with rudeness from the receptionist who informed me that they were not taking any more clients. This came as a slap in the face after being strung along for weeks.

The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy displayed by Navia Tax Firm is appalling. Not only did they fail to respond to my inquiries, but they also wasted my time and misled me with false promises. It's clear that reliability and client satisfaction are not priorities for this company.

Don't use this company, save yourself the frustration and disappointment of dealing with such unprofessionalism.
