Natural Hearing Center was a pleasant experience for me. From the time I made the appointment the day before until my visit ended the next day. Everyone was pleasant and explained all procedures in simple terms. The environment was neat and clean. I felt at ease and was treated with respect. My results were explained to me and all my options were also explained. The importance of the test and the importance of follow through was emphasized. I appreciate the genuine concern and would recommend them to anyone having hearing problems.

I just got back from another follow up appointment for the hearing aids I started wearing last year. The patience, knowledge and professionalism of this provider have always been excellent, and I am glad I chose this provider last year.

Update on 3/25/2024:
My left hearing aid stopped working over the weekend and I stopped by the center on Monday afternoon. Ten minutes later and I was back out with everything working again. No charge, great service and have no concerns if I need to go back again any time.
