Worst payment terminal as well as customer service, have it installed beginning of this year (2024) and facing a lot of issues literally like 5-6 times a month, worst customer service as well, a customer representative ask me to put on a hold for 10 minutes and I was on a hold for 45 mins and still continue and it was the busiest time for my store. Most of my customers walked out because of this issues and losing business. I feel like I’m just paying every month just to fill their pockets not for services. I asked several times to replace the payment terminal or send a technician to see what’s wrong but every time they give some kind of excuses. So frustrated and disappointed with NRS.

Excellent customer service easily to reach with no waiting time or automated service u get connected with a real person. I got to know most of them in less than a month they’re very friendly and have patience with customers. They follow up with any issue u may have and always call back to make sure the problem u r having is resolved
