We used My Amazon Guy for a year, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. Despite 100% collaboration on our end and implementing everything they recommended, our sales dropped every single month. Instead of improving, things only got worse.

One of the biggest frustrations was their lack of expertise. Their team consistently came into meetings unprepared, and we had four different account managers within a year, leading to inconsistent strategies and zero continuity. It quickly became clear that they had no real grasp on how to manage or grow Amazon sales effectively.

Additionally, they promised to fix the issues before billing our account, yet they abandoned the project entirely instead. There are no unpaid invoices, as they failed to deliver on their commitments.

If you're looking for a reliable and knowledgeable team to help scale your business, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. My Amazon Guy was a complete waste of time and money

Be very cautious when working with My Amazon Guy. As a business owner, I expect transparency and professionalism, but unfortunately, that’s not what I experienced.

I requested to cancel our contract due to a slowdown in sales. They agreed to cancel, but then charged me for an extra month of service due to a 30-day notice clause in the contract, something I was never made aware of.

Now, if they’re charging for another month, you’d expect them to actually do the work, right? Nope. Instead, they did zero work and actually made things worse by accidentally posting about balloons on my Amazon store
 and let me be clear, we sell slides, not balloons.

This shows a complete lack of attention and care for their clients. Their focus is purely on getting your money, not delivering results. If you’re considering working with them, read every line of the contract carefully and be prepared for unjustified charges and poor service.

Would never recommend. Stay away.

Scam company thriving on bogus results, they offer classes on the website, but the classes are not completed and they do nothing to make sure you are educated on what they are offering . Because they don’t complete what they offered so the only way you’re learning is doing it on your own . After they did not help me I thought to ask for a refund. So I called them back to back the day after and did not get answers . Wouldn’t you say that’s pretty shady . And I even requested a refund through PayPal and this company refused to refund me for an unfinished service. The least they could have done was help me to at least post ads. I’m sure it’s not hard the way they promote it . But in the end I’m posting this so the public notices and backs off from getting hustled by this company .

I was initially very impressed with their presentation, especially Nina’s, which stood out as excellent. They incorporated real-world metrics and data that were not only relevant but could also yield measurable results with just one listing. I was genuinely considering moving forward with joining MY AMAZON GUY.

However, my decision was derailed by the company’s unprofessional approach to sales. While the team was always polite and never rude, the constant, relentless phone calls became overwhelming. It reached the point where I no longer wanted to engage with MY AMAZON GUY. In my experience, most companies communicate via email or schedule an appointment before calling — a much more professional and respectful approach.

As a small business owner, I am constantly juggling responsibilities to grow and manage my business. The repeated phone calls, coupled with a flood of emails, were an immense drain on my time and energy, leading to frustration. To make matters worse, the fact that your company blocks caller IDs further adds to the sense of unprofessionalism.

I sincerely hope you can address this issue, as it greatly impacted my perception of the company. (AI ASSISTED)

My experience with My Amazon Guy has exceeded my expectations. I have worked with several other Companies, and MAG has by far been the best. They have a structure that makes communication very easy and efficient. The staff is very experienced and go above and beyond to assist you. I would definitely recommend MAG.
