I highly recommend Steve Medina and the Motto Mortgage team to anyone buying a house. As a first-time home buyer, Steve went out of his way to make sure I knew the process and had all of the information before committing to anything. Always available, I was able to contact Steve at any time to ask questions. The Motto Mortgage team was able to provide a lot of options, and ultimately, get me a much better rate than the competition. Due to the diligence and hard work of Steve and the Motto Mortgage team, we were able to close very quickly on our new house, with no problems at all.

Our loan agent was Steve Medina and given that we were buying in September, when rates were so CRAZY, he was incredibly important to us!! I could not recommend Christian Carter or Motto Mortgage more.
