Today I visited Coach Kameel at Motion Fit, to fit my second bike today, a TT bike. Just like the first time, Coach Kameel made the necessary adjustments to the bike now I feel more comfortable and a lot faster.

I was given the wonderful opportunity and experience with Kameel who fit me accurately to my rode bike! I was having back and shoulder pain after my rides, and since, the pain is gone. I highly recommend getting your fit if you're experiencing pain during or after your rides. Now I'm riding 20mph with the more experienced riders and no issues! After 2 years into Cycling I started suffering from numbness and soreness on my feet after longer rides. I do have very wide feet and was recommended to go for a proper shoe fit. Kameel helped out by taking all the measures and recommended a specific brand with true wide size shoes. All I have to say now is, pain is gone!

Over my many years of cycling I’ve been to a number of fitters across the country. All of them have their systems – and that can be the challenge. They attempt to fit you into their system. As a female cyclist they may ‘listen’ to my needs, but ultimately those become secondary to how I can fit into their system. Coach Kameel was first fitter I’ve been to that truly worked to understand my unique situation and needs – and then develop a fit to match that. I can’t recommend him enough.

I went to Coach Kameel @ MotionFit after experiencing persistent discomfort during my rides. He was able to explain and demonstrate how my positioning on the bike, along with my limited mobility/weakness, was leading to my discomfort. He provided me with corrective actions to relieve my mobility/weakness issues. He also made multiple adjustments to my positioning on the bike, which have greatly increased my comfort.
