The experience started off positive, as the sales professional was knowledgeable and gave a fair price. However, the actual moving crew was completely unprepared to move my belongings into a 2-story home. They left several heavy boxes, rugs and even furniture in my garage instead of placing it where it belonged. They were just ready to be finished and essentially dumped my belongings at the first available spot. I would say if you use them, conduct a thorough walk-through at the conclusion (before they leave), and do NOT assume that they will place your things in the right room or even the right floor of your new home.

This is my first time to post a review, but my feedback to management was essentially dismissed, and I feel a certain responsibility to make others aware of these risks. Moving is stressful enough in the best of circumstances, and my experience with Morgan did not make it any less so.
