This company provided very poor service to me especially during the tragedy that has happened in Panama City. I am purchasing a house in Panama City and was set to close on Oct 15th. That did not happen due to the hurricane and the closing has been pushed back until the repairs are done. The survey that I had County Wide do was to be paid at the closing but since the closing wasn't done they haven't been paid. Their office manager Laura called me in November and was very rude demanding their money. She informed me that normally it is paid at the closing but they were tired of waiting and wanted the money now. I told her no problem just send me an invoice and I will send it. I had no idea it was due cause they never sent me a bill. This was on the 28th of November. They mailed me an invoice and emailed one to me. I mailed the check on Dec 6th. On Dec 8th I received a second invoice from them stating I was 90 days past due. How could I be past due if I just received the first invoice on November 28th? I also asked them to send me a copy of the survey which they never did. This is extremely bad service. Realtors and buyers do not use this company!!!!

I agree with Jon. I spoke with another surveying company and they said that not good practice for reputable firms. Don't use these people they are unscrupulous
