I am a firm believer in aromatherapy oils! Going through my changes a year ago, my sleep was limited. I began using sweet dreams essential oil from Monarch Nature and now sleep soundly! My favorite oil reorder! I had consulted with Denise regarding oils for a dear friend who suffered from anxiety. She whipped up a mix of oils which catered to my friend’s needs called Relief; it helped in ways we could not imagine. Thank you Denise and Monarch!

I was going through chemo and wanted something natural to help with nausea. Denise made me an essential oil blend that helped, along with Sweet Dreams lavendar spray for relaxing. As my hair started growing back, I got the healthy hair oil, just 2 drops on my scalp in shower and not only did it make my hair come in quicker, but so soft. Highly recommend.

Denise provided me with a number of different oil blends. Each one with a goal of treating something different. Each one was AMAZING! My son suffers with anxiety and often will pick at his fingers leaving raw skin. She created an oil blend to help soothe his skin & it worked so well! I bought my sweet dreams oil blend and it helps me sleep every night. The Reiki is fantastic. It really calms me during the session. It’s a very peaceful hour. All of my negative thoughts just exit my mind. And I’m relaxed.
