Adrian and his team were great! After calling a few companies to get quotes, Adrian was the only one to follow up and come by our house the same evening. I discovered mold in my bathroom. As a woman, I was so scared and stressed. I researched different companies and felt most comfortable choosing Mold Fix. I called late in the day and Adrian told me he was on a big job but he would stop by before work the next day. Adrian and Nico quickly assessed my problem, we agreed on what needed to be done, and they started work the next day. Everything they did was top notch, safe, clean and proper. When they were done the area they worked on looked brand new. Their years of experience were evident and I was confident I had chosen the right people for the job. Just today I called them about something else in an area of my garage. They came by and assured me I had nothing to worry about. They’ve also given me advice on how to check for certain things in my home so the damage never gets to that point. They have a wealth of knowledge after so many years in the business and are the nicest, most honest and hardworking people I have come across in a long time. Mold Fix was recommended to me by a mold inspector and they did an outstanding job. Adrian and Nico came out and inspected the areas of concern. They were honest about my needs. One area was in an outside closet attached to my living room. They explained why remediation was not necessary and suggested ways to improve drainage around the closet as the best solution. They remediated the mold problem behind the toilet and did an excellent job. They were thorough in exploring the area and identifying and remediating all the mold. They and their team were neat and organized. They were honest and professional, and clearly take pride in their work. Communication was excellent throughout the process from the initial estimate through completion. I am super happy with the work and highly recommend Mold Fix for any mold problems!

I’m so thankful we used Adrian and Niko! They did an amazing job on my mom’s place and made it safe again to move into. They honestly felt like family.
