This company was incredible from start to finish. I keep a clean place and sealed major cracks but still had a roach issue so I decided to call M&M. They were so helpful and accommodating from the beginning. I did the assessment and extermination treatment and Samuel (the teammate they sent) was meticulously thorough and kind, giving me helpful tips along the way, and we were able to find the source - a crack in the radiator. I hope to never need them again but if I do, they'll be the first people I call - it was worth every penny!

We had a pretty bad infestation stemming from a neighboring apt. M&M was on top of it immediately from the time I called. Having these invaders in your home is a major pain and headache, but these guys turned my nightmare into a pretty easy solution. Prompt, professional, thorough and eradicated my problem in one shot.

Called them for flies problem at the apartment. They found a rotten onion, and didn’t even charge us. We definitely will use them again if we have any pest problems. Good people. Highly recommended. 👍

This is the 4th time I used this company. I never had a issues with this company. The last technician today was Roberto. He came early which was great. Roberto was very knowledgeable, courtesy and professional. Which was a great relief for me. I will ask for Roberto again if I need. But hopefully not.

Nothing induces panic in the toughest New Yorker like the call from your super informing you that your neighbors have bedbugs. YIKES! I was out of town when I got this call.

On the recommendation of one of the affected neighbors I called M & M and spoke to Ami, who was so informative, knowledgeable, and respectful. The conversation really calmed me down, helped me make some decisions I'd been worrying over (what to do with my bags when I returned home, should I spend the night away instead of returning to the apartment, etc.) and made me feel like I was in good hands. I was also able to get a morning appointment right away and the price (under $250 for my one-bedroom apt) seemed absolutely worth it.

The handler, Ben, and the dog, Roxie, showed up right on time and they were both fantastic and so professional. Ben answered all of my questions, was really kind and respectful and, much like Ami, totally put me at ease. Also Roxy could not have been cuter (though I wasn't allowed to pet her until after she'd done her job) or more serious about her job! So serious! But then what do you expect of a dog who graduated from a school where only four out of 300 dogs make it through?

I didn't deal with the inspector hired by my building but the neighbor who did said they spent 10 minutes in her apartment whereas M & M spent TWO HOURS. Super professional. Love them. So glad I went with them and I would recommend them to anyone.

(And no, luckily, I did not have BBs.)

I highly recommend M&M environmental to fulfill their promise to keep us safe from any rodents and any pest. I completely trust their knowledge on using safe environmental friendly bug sprays/chemicals to keep my family and my two beagles safe. Found what I immediately assumed to be a bedbug and preceded to totally freak out. I called M&M Environmental (on a Sunday!) and they put me in touch with an on-call specialist in my area. Stan called me back very quickly and since I had captured the bug in a ziplock bag, asked for a photo. He called me back about a minute after I sent it and told me that it was a grain beetle. He told me how it likely got into my home, how to get rid of them, and how to prevent getting more in the future. He was totally reassuring and not at all condescending. Stan also encouraged me to call again if I had any more questions and sent a follow up email after our phone conversation.

TL;DR - Got a ton of timely, relevant, professional advice. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. And the identification of the bug and subsequent reassurance were all free of charge. Would absolutely use them again..... although I hope I don’t have to 🙂

We had a bed bug scare after vacationing in Jamaica. I killed the bug and brought it back with me. With 3 small children at home, the idea of getting a bed bug infestation was horrific.
Stan was incredibly responsive! They identified the bug as an outdoor bug. I was still nervous and so they let me bring in the bug. They sent the bug out to an expert who identified it for us and Stan even sent me the report!
All of this was for no charge! They even gave me some free bed bug traps!
Wow, I so highly recommend them!
