I had a mistype on my automatic HOA payment was was paying about $10-$15 under. I went unnoticed for a while but every payment was made. In total it was about $190 of unpaid HOA fees and about $390 of fees. The board decided not to remove the fees but now we have to pay for trash ourselves, we pay for all utilities and the roofs are falling apart and now they are charging another $100 a month because a lack of funds. Something doesn't sound right.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They like harassing homeowners. If they do not like the plants you grow or your year around decorations they will call it offensive and make you remove what they deem offensive even something as simple as a Terracotta pot and will charge you $100 on top of that. They are quick to give a compliance notices and even if you are in the hospital they dont care. Find someone to do it is their attitude. Worst management company I have ever worked with. Surprised they are still in business. Do not use them. You will regret it.

Like another review same issue with billing. Smart me decides to fight in court and our $1600 turns into $4100. There was a dv issue and we provided police report and circumstances. Tried working with Chazity but told, : my hands are tied!" Not tied to get to the collection attorney who is only a few offices away from Mission office. Never received billing until account sent to collections. Paid the fees and attorney calls to state you owe $1800 more. No invoice, just pay. I'm frustrated with lack of communication but I do receive via email and mail any violation regarding our property. We even sent Board a letter regarding issue, no response. But in the famous words of hoa attorney, "have to teach your daughter to pay bills!" This was after her court victory. Now sent violation, no bill; regarding painting our home. Giving less than 20 days to paint. Sent email to Chazity, no response asking to go before board regarding all these issues.

The worst kind of people. Absolute extortion artists. I have a home where they took over the HOA management. I don't live in that home. My last HOA management company I had on autopay and electronic statements. Rather than send me an email, JP, let $200 of overdue payments, go to collections and charged me $1,000 to pay them off

Absolute extortion artists do not do business with these people

I paid my bill, check was cashed and now they send me a late notice. I called twice and they don't call back. Next call will be to the attorney general of Arizona if they don't clear this up very soon.

Mission Management is the BEST Property and H.O.A. Management Company in Tucson! And their Manager, Tori Chadwick is AWESOME!! Over the years, I have had many interactions and experiences with multiple Property Management Companies, living in H.O.A. communities in Tucson. Trying to resolve problems or get assistance was always a challenge to say the least. But, Mission Management is exceptional!!

If I could give this management a zero star I would! They were taking over our property last fall and never sent out any notice of anything nor do any good to the properties. Suddenly, we received a late payment notice 6 months later. If I don't know how to pay, where to pay, and when to pay, how can I pay? I wrote an email to the company to request a payment link. And they told me I could fill out a waiver and the board will decided if they would waive the late fee as it was the management company's negligence resulting the late fee and interests on my account. But, they responded me a month later, said they are denying my request and added more interests and late fee on my account. This is just ridiculous to the degree that makes me laugh. lol What a great management service!
