If there were a 100 starts rating, I would have put a hundred stars. My experience with Mindy was exceptional and absolutely wonderful! Very comfortable, efficient, insightful, and most importantly very effective. At first, I was hesitant to commit to a two-hour session. But the time flew by very quickly, I was in the flow! Mindy was very easy to be open with, she established a trustful working atmosphere quickly and was able to maintain it throughout the entire session. Mindy’s communication style was very caring and thoughtful, without any expectations or judgment. This safe environment created by Mindy was the ground for productive and fruitful work. I was surprised by how much we were able to accomplish during just one session. Some of the many insights (and there were many!) were simply mind-blowing. With Mindy’s help I was able to realize very important things about what actually fills me up, not what I believe fills me up 🙂 With her guidance, I was able to uncovered some of my limiting beliefs, and it allowed me to make adjustments in my mindset. On top of all that, I came out of the session with a clear action plan and the inspiration to follow it. This workshop exceeded my expectations of how much I got out of it! Here’s why:

Mindy is a powerhouse! She is an incredibly passionate and talented coach who has mastered a diverse set of skills and tools, and seamlessly integrates them to deliver a customized approach to each session. In our work together I benefitted from her expertise in Deep Transformational Coaching, Internal Family Systems, and Human Design. She is gifted in retaining and reflecting back information, and I enjoyed how she helped me focus my thoughts and choose my own path in our sessions. Today we reviewed my Human Design, which can be a complicated system to navigate, however she was able to distill it down to key information that addressed my needs. I feel like I've only scratched the surface of what Mindy can offer and I look forward to continuing to collaborate with her as my coach.

The enneagram assessment she facilitated was very useful in identifying what motivates me in the workplace and how to focus my energy to amplify my strong areas and develop my weak spots.
