Mike is an exceptional realtor who goes above and beyond! Finding a home in today’s market can be extremely stressful, but he really made it an enjoyable and smooth process. He was never pushy & always incredibly honest. We never felt pressured to make a decision, or to buy a home that wasn’t right for us. Once we gave him the green light he moved at lightning speed to contact the sellers agent & prepared an offer for us which was ultimately accepted! He answered questions quickly, listened to what we wanted, and he worked with us all the way through closing & beyond. We can tell he cares that the whole home buying experience goes well for his clients, and he puts in a lot of effort into making sure of it. My wife and I are active duty Military who just got orders to California. We were in the market to buy our first home and we were blessed to find Mike! From our very first conversation to the last he was kind, respectful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. If Mike didn’t know an answer there was never any worry because he would get it to us as fast as humanly possible. The most impressive piece is that we coordinated the whole thing on opposite sides of the world with a 14 hour time difference. He was so accommodating and considerate of our challenges trying to get my wife and two sons packed out and simultaneously close on a home. I cannot thank you enough Mike for putting my family and I in our very first home! I assumed once we closed that we wouldn’t hear from him again but get this..he STILL communicates with us checking in to make sure we are taken care of, gave us a house warming gift, and on more than one occasion has brought over a couple tools (since we are waiting for all of our things to get shipped from overseas). This man would do anything for anybody and it shows. They just don’t make them like Mike anymore and I will 100% be recommending him to everyone on base! Thanks again Mike!
