I attended one of the virtual lunch and learn sessions. It was very engaging and thought provoking. I left the session feeling empowered and ready to take on life’s challenges. I also got the push to tackle some goals that I kept delaying. There are many books and coaches who provide knowledge on leadership coaching and self growth. This coach stood out to me as she is very relatable with her delivery and speaks with you in a tone and manner that makes introspection easy and “I can” attitude emerge. She speaks in a manner that allows you to see that your growth matters and propels you to push hard. The price is also great for the wealth of knowledge received.
