I can honestly say that this place isn't that bad. It was my first experience here. It's what you make of it, if you want to just make some associates/friends and do nothing then by all means go for it but if you are about your money then you will be in and out. This program can help you but you have to help yourself as well. The building is pretty hard to find due to the fact that it's under repair so the entry is hidden under a scaffolding. If you happen to go here just do as your told or pound that pavement, do what you need to do in order to strive. just don't sit around ND waste your time.

This place is the worst back to work program I've ever been to. I am in retention status due to finding a job ON MY OWN because they don't help you find a job. I've gone 3 weeks in a row and for 3 straight weeks I've had problems picking up my metro cards because by 12pm ALL RETENTION CASE MANAGERS ARE SENT TO LUNCH TOGETHER ALL AT THE SAME TIME which means that if you work every day as I do you'll be late to work that that day because there's no one there to tend to you, and you'll have to wait until they return from lunch as if we have no life ourselves. I brought this issue up to one of the supervisors 2 weeks ago who assured me that this wouldn't happen again because it posses a huge inconvenience for those who work 5 days a week, however things remain the same. This passed week I recieved a phone call and a voice mail telling me bring in my paystub so that I can pick up my metro card and my 50 dollar gift card but when I went I was told that I'd only receive my metro card because it takes 2 weeks to process the gift card which means that they don't even know how to do their own jobs. The employees are extremely rude and the place just sucks all together. This is just another program robbing the government for our hard earned tax dollars.

Ehh... They helped me a lot... but I feel like going there is a waste of time, because the computers don't use Microsoft word (the off brand versions mess up your resume format), and there's almost no computers available to job search.

Good place to find job. They will help you to achieve your goals. However, it is a program from HRA. You neeed to be referred from it.

I never picks up the phone needs to pick up the phone other than that it's okay
