Andy’s “How to get your Point Across” workshop was awesome! Great balance of structure and conversation, workbooks and easy reference guides to take home, along with fully stocked refreshments. The insight from practicing each skill in class solidified its importance. I think everyone could learn a lot from this class - even those who aren’t in the professional business world - even if you are feeling good about your communication skills!

I’ve worked with Andy at my previous job and he was HR there. Andy was awesome there and so when I heard I was going to be taking his Mavix Coaching class I was excited and knew I was going to learn a lot. Andy didn’t disappoint, it was an awesome course. Andy helped me with coaching through out the whole course at my day job and in the class. Everyone was kind and there to learn so it made it fun and easy to learn environment. Also Andy has a lot of snacks and drinks to choose from which made it even better.

Can't say enough good things about Mavix & Andy! His leadership class was so well developed and worth every penny! So I’m currently in week 14 of Andy’s 16 week leadership class. I’m located in Maryland so me and a couple of my coworkers are doing the classes remote over teams. At first I wasn’t sure how it was going to go but I can honestly say that I have learned so very much. I started noticing results very early on with putting his techniques to practice with my guys out in the field. It has created a completely different atmosphere with everyone and as a person who wasn’t very liked before I’ve noticed that I have a much better relationship with the people that report to me. His class has completely changed the way that I myself work as well. I would highly recommend working with Andy to anybody that has struggled in the past with not knowing how to have a difficult conversation with not only a direct report but also with fellow manager and even your boss. I would also recommend taking any one on one calls with him that he offers throughout the class. You can tell he not only enjoys what he’s doing but also enjoys helping others become a better leader and it shows in taking his class. I’m very much looking forward to the future.

I learn so many great things in this class. Things I never really thought about when learning to become a leader and or manager. This class has been a great tool for becoming a better employee and knowing that a least 12 of my co-workers also have taken it.
