I loved my experience at mattress firm!! The sleep expert Bill was amazing and he helped me figure out what I needed right away and he was very welcoming and helpful and he graciously understood my need for a mattress but also understood my time constraint and was able to get my mattress picked out right away!! I highly recommend him for a sleep expert for any future customers❤️❤️❤️

Yousef was very helpful finding the right mattress, pillows and mattress cover for my needs. I haven’t yet had my new mattress delivered, so I don’t know if I chose correctly. But I appreciate that they offer a 120 day sleep trial and if I don’t like the mattress I can return or exchange. Looking forward to some good nights sleep.

I had called ahead of time to get an idea of prices and spoke with English. Went in the next day (she was sent to a different store) but then the manager, Bill, greeted us and said someone would be with us shortly. Bill ended up helping my husband and I as we were looking for a quality king mattress that wasn't too expensive (mattress prices have gone up quite a bit - since the last time I got a mattress for my Mom). Bill helped us get a quality mattress for a decent price. We have bought at least 4 mattresses from them over the years. Thank you English and Bill.

Absolutely recommend this place.

When in there with no clue of what bed I needed to get.

Explained how I sleep when I sleep my comfort levels and complications I have getting to sleep.

English ( name of employee/manager) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and explain to me all the different coils and comfort levels of the mattress and we found a mattress that was absolutely perfect..

Entire experience was wonderful. Called ahead to make sure they were open yousef was polite and helpful. Once we arrived at the store he took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for and went above expectations with every aspect of the sale. I would highly recommend this shop and especially yousef to anyone looking for mattresses.

Bill here is amazing. He was so helpful and knowledgeable, and just a pleasant person to help us purchase a new mattress. We went to a few other places and would just get the classic annoying salesperson rundown. But this location was amazing and Bill couldn’t have been better in helping us! He mentioned he also works at the Colorado Mills location so I’m sure they are great too!
