Overpriced rentals for the quality and outdated features. If you’re a clean, organized, person expecting to live in an apartment followed with the same standards, turn away from any of these rentals. The biggest red flag of a landlord is one who doesn’t perform background and credit checks. Here they allow dirty unorganized tenants to live and do as they please without consequences. You are much better off owning a home of your own.

Mr. Matteson is by far one of the best property managers that my family has come across both during and after our careers in the military. If it needs to be fixed, he is there in a timely manner or in an instance, whichever is called for.

He clearly has a deep understanding of both taking care of ones property as well as taking care of local families whom rent from him. If you are looking either to rent, buy or rent out your property you have come to the right gentleman/business!

No communication! My tenants pay late consistently and he does nothing. Then he lies and says that he hasn't been able to reach them, when they have proof of calls and emails they sent to the office! Terrible property management! We will be switching to another management office.

I dont even know what to say. I had talked with someone on facebook for many days about an apartment, asked if my finances looked good, and we were all set to meet on a specific day. When I asked about what time worked best I never got a single message back. Checked the message, but didnt have the decency to respond and Im pretty sure I was blocked. Very unprofessional
