I can't even begin to say how amazing Mastery Lab has been for my practice for the past few years. I run a practice with 3 dentists, and about 15 team members and it can be daunting at times. Jenn Janiki is my coach and she has really made an impact with her advice and guidance.

I work with my wife and Jenn has always kept us from killing each other when we disagree about things at work which does happen from time to time. She is much more than just a consultant and more of a dental life coach not only for me, but she has also helped some of my team members that have needed her over the years.

She has always been there for me when anything at the office was in crisis mode. She is truly passionate about what she does and we consider her more of a family member and a part of the team than our consultant. Marie at Mastery lab is great with legal, HR stuff, as well as associate agreements and those types things that you might need help navigating through.

Some of the things I found the most beneficial was the training on how to have conversations with the team and making us better at team engagement, collaboration, and communication. She coached my office manager and associate in regards to treatment planning, case acceptance, team communication, and other things you just don't learn right out of dental school. Mastery lab has helped me grow as a dentist and helped my practice and my associates reach higher levels than we ever would have on our own. I also like how they help you to set and attain the goals for yourself and your practice.

We typically do zoom meetings but I must say we all love when she comes to visit the practice for our in office training and coaching sessions, but next year I may want to go visit the Mastery Lab facility with the team. You can't go wrong with Mastery Lab definitely give them a call.
