Last year marked the worst year of service from MTS. I had been a loyal customer for over a decade but this year they totally left me hanging. I sent them my files and no one ever completed by taxes and was forced to file for an extension. After filing the extension there has been ZERO communication from them and no one has called me back regarding my taxes. Enoch was rude and seemed like I was bothering him when checking up on my tax file. Absolutely terrible service from them this year and its ended a 10 year relationship.

This family owned and operated Tax service is absolutely the best! People drive over 60 miles to come here. I have been getting my taxes done here for over 25 years and I have never had any issues.

This newest location has ample parking and the interior is really nice.

The staff are very helpful and always professional.

I love Martinez Tax Services! I've been coming here for well over 20 years. It's a family owned business. I started going there when they were doing taxes from their house. Now they have a huge office in Mission Hills. The best part is friendly, cheap, and reliable service! Go see my buddy Enoch when you set up a appointment!

Confused about the hours.... But figured it out. They are only open Tuesdays and Thursdays 10-5pm.

Love their services but need better communication regarding the hours.

I’ve been coming here for the last 10 years. When I had w-2 and when I started my small business. They have always been able to help me. My first year, I started with Enoch, and every year after, Derrick has helped me out and given me great suggestions and advice. You should definitely make an appointment. It’s been harder and harder every year to just walk in.

We've had our taxes done here a few years, me and other family members. We moved away and continued to get them done here by emailing our info. This time, we sent everything like usual. It's been over a month with calling multiple times trying to get an update and was told several times someone would reach out and the taxes are being worked on and just found out today that Gilbert's brother in law (RIP GILBERT) rudely told us to go elsewhere, they won't be doing it and said he'll shred our paperwork and hung up in our face. We wasted over a month from getting our taxes done only to be told they won't be doing them. VERY unprofessional and not apologetic at all. Very disappointed and wish that I could give ZERO stars

They would have gotten 5 stars but the receptionist is super rude. I called and asked to speak to Enoch. She told me and I quote. "We have half hour left in the day, I doubt he'll be able to call you back". Then they don't ever answer or they'll pick up and hang up. The voicemail says to "not leave a voicemail and call back at regular business hours." Uh, its 2:15PM on a Thursday. If this isn't "regular business hours",then what is? Other than that Enoch is the best. He got me a super good return and was quick and very helpful. I just wish I could get a hold of him to get some other help for my business.
