I used Kevin for implementation of SOS that required a large and complex integration. It was for a client that had manually tracked inventory but were missing much of the components required to set up. We had multiple sales channels and integration points. He was very patient and helped us navigate the complexity and what was required. He is very knowledgeable about SOS and QBO and could explain the impact of configuration to COGS. He managed the project very well and assigned tasks. His communication, follow up and responsiveness were outstanding. I would highly recommend Kevin for any SOS implementation project.
