This review is specifically about Jamie Ballard. There aren’t enough words to express the outstanding customer service she provided me when I had an issue on how to pay my association dues. She was so helpful and incredibly kind even when I called her outside of her schedule time to work, she still took my call. She went above and beyond to help me and even when I had to contact her again she never made me feel like I was imposing upon her. I’m so appreciative of her professionalism and great support that she provided! ! She is truly an asset for Management & Associates! Thank you Jamie for all your help!!

Management and Associates manages our community. Recently had an issue with overgrown trees affecting my property. 1 simple email and Jamie had it handled. Communication and follow up were everything I could ask for. Even as we went through hurricane clean-up and crews were working on emergencies only, she continued to communicate and ultimately fit the resolution into the crew's schedule. I am very impressed with Jamie and Management Associates

I have dealt with 4 different management companies. They all have difficulty in retaining staff. Most times, the quality of service depends on the individual property manager. The staff at M&A make every effort to take care of their customers.

Your outfit is trying to insulate themselves from answering any calls, I have called 5 times in a row and always a dead end with some system stating to navigate to get to the right person use some calling procedure using my phone pad, works real well since its confusing to the max, ha ha...lol on your end, EVERY person that I wished to talk to even the receptionist had me to use voice mail.....FAIL If I am first in line to speak to an agent why then do I go to voice message ,while stating the person at ext 2000 is talking on the phone..FUBAR

I went through Invitation homes to rent a property but haven't been able to move into the house I paid for - even after sending my HOA application back in February 2022. The water is still off at the property preventing the maintenance team at Invitation Homes from doing any landscaping and fixing the irrigation issues at my home. This particular issue has been going on for over a week.

Additionally, my leasing agents sent my initial HOA application on February 21, 2022, and then again on March 3, 2022, which Patty confirmed on a recorded line the documents were received as of March 7, 2022. It is now March 28, 2022, and not only are we still dealing with the irrigation problem, but there is STILL no water. I do not have my tenant access code to enter the gated community or any amenities on the grounds. So how can I move into a property where I have PAID the rent, a deposit, electricity, etc.

After several calls and emails, my leasing agents, maintenance, and myself would love to know how to proceed. We have all been reaching out for what has been more than two (and three weeks) for others to get in touch with someone who can assist us with resolving this matter.

After sending emails and making phone calls all week, I finally heard from Jayna C., who told me to reach out to at least one person, Patty, whom we have been attempting to contact for weeks now. Hopefully, they get a copy of the complaints I've filed once they see this message, etc. Someone will fill the need to return our correspondence to resolve this matter as quickly as possible before we have to move my move-in date - a fifth (5th) time.

UPDATE 06/01/2022: Most of the internal issues have been resolved. However, I still have problems with the irrigation system, though I have provided the schedule numerous times. The HOA has been sending ridiculous notifications, sitting outside my home, etc. I will be taking pictures in the future regarding the trash receptacle (BEFORE I even moved into the home), pressure washing the house, and the tree in the front yard. We have been going back and forth about the tree (which I don't know why because the HOA has their stipulations), the pressure washing, and the irrigation system (which has been an issue since before I moved in according to the HOA and my neighbors). The pests have been ridiculous! I have had Terminix AND Pasco Termite & Pest Control, Inc. come out in the first six weeks since I moved into the place, not to mention the products I have purchased on top of this. Unfortunately, this property was not available to view when I submitted my application. Then, my leasing agent and the maintenance manager told me that all the issues that still needed to be addressed would be resolved after I moved in, which was a very uncomfortable situation. Still, I felt I had no choice and had to move in so that I didn't lose the place altogether. I was in a problematic situation at that point and wasn't sure what to do but try to work things out with Invitation Homes. The contractors they send out do an excellent job for the most part. It's just all you must go through for the more significant issues - such as the IRRIGATION SYSTEM, the TREE, the PESTS, the HOA debacle (and now violations) for things that Invitation Homes should have resolved before me moving in. I want to live in my home in peace! Can we get to that point, please?

I do want to say that today, Kedar George assisted me with super stressful matters. As a new tenant, it was a pleasure to work with someone who put my needs and concerns FIRST by showing empathy, care, professionalism, prompt attention, and excellent service.

Most of these positive reviews I see here are all from people who work with or for this company. I have lived in this community 12 years. After Management and Associates took over, I have not heard a single neighbor who was not complaining about them. We all gripe about the fact that they never answer the phone. Once the secretary transfers you, nobody ever picks up the phone or returns your call. Recently, the garbage company knocked my mailbox down. I called and called. I was repeatedly transferred to the same lady who, I was told, was not in the office because she was working from home. Weeks went by. She never answered or returned my call. Then, when I finally spoke with her, she gave me the wrong information and contact info in order for me to replace my mailbox. The next thing I know, I get a notice that I will be fined for the mailbox that I can't even have replaced because the M&A employees never work. I go through this every time that I have had an issue. The grass is horrible in this community. After pressure washing the houses, they look worse. Now the paint is all faded and the company that did the cleaning caused lots of problems evidenced by the community chat. I have been trying to contact someone. I am getting the same run around. It must be a nice place to work. Not a nice place to live in if they are managing the property. If you want true reviews, Google this company's reviews elsewhere.

Terrible experience. I asked them to do my house numbers for months and it took over a year to do. My packages kept going to wrong houses! For over a year!!
Then they came at me with a fence that is not even permanent. We leave it out there sometimes because my husband has a broken back and can’t take the dogs out for walks and they need a place to potty. The fence is not permanent and we take it down! Ridiculous, they never communicate and when they do, they try to come at you and are not understanding. Looks like I’m looking for a new place to live soon!
