My wife and I engaged Main St. Private Wealth Management in August of 2023. Since that time, we've worked closely with Frederick and his team to lay out a plan for our financial goals and tax strategies to ensure we have a solid foundation as we head into our retirement years. While we've only been working with Frederick for a relatively short time, he has provided a greater level of insight into our financial position and desires than any previous advisor. While we are by no means "high rollers", we've never felt less important or that the size of our account was a factor in the level of service provided. We've always been treated with with respect and honesty, and with a sincere interest in educating us and providing great value for the services offered. For us, Frederick has been a personable, professional and friendly educator who takes the time to truly understand our needs and desires. His thoughtful approach to offering guidance based on well-articulated explanations and a solid understanding of financial tools is exemplary, and provides us comfort that we are in good hands with respect to achieving our overall financial goals.

If you aren't already wealthy, look elsewhere. We were clients as we were getting started in our financial & Estate planning journey. We received great service and put our trust into the firm. Then suddenly when I reached out for guidance on a future plan, I received a robotic response saying the firm had to make difficult decisions and services would no longer be available to our family. No notice was given and no alternate options provided. There was also no plan to get all of our personal documents back. I understand small businesses need to make tough decisions especially in this climate but communication and transparency go a long way in maintaining trust and loyalty. Do better.
